I'm Joe Ingala, a Connecticut-based data engineer and technology leader. After more than 30 years working with technology — from infrastructure to data products and AI — I've learned that the most meaningful innovations are the ones that help people.

I started The Profile Lab as my own creative software studio: a place to build approachable tools, share what I learn, and help more people feel ready for whatever comes next.
